Several months ago I met a girl named Heather at the gym. Heather works at a local non-profit animal shelter called Misfits, Mutts, And Meows (cutest name ever, right?). She approached me about donating to their raffle and I suddenly had the idea of doing a "give back" event. So on November 9th from 9AM-Noon we will have all kinds of furry, fluffy friends coming to our studio to have clay impressions of their paw prints made! No reservations are needed. The best part? The shelter will receive a portion of all the proceeds from the event! You're all invited to support this great cause—we can't wait for all the happy tail-wagging fun!

We loved hosting a group of Girl Scouts from Troop #457 today! They came for a time of sisterhood and team building and enjoyed making clay pinch pots. In a few weeks the pinch pots will be fired and ready to be painted with our pottery paints. I didn't know that Girl Scouts could earn badges for painting pottery, but now I do—how cool is that? We're looking forward to having this sweet group of young ladies come back to finish their projects.
